An exhausted genie

“No,” she replied.

“Excuse me?”

“Not today!”

Her vibrantly deep, blue body disappeared into the lamp by magic.

“Get out of there!” He screamed, throwing the golden object up and down like a ball.

“Fine!” Just her face popped out, “what do you want now!”

“Want?” He replied, face turning a beautiful plum colour. “I want my wishes! You haven’t even granted one!”

“It’s my day off!”

“You’ve said that all week!” He screamed.

She growled, then proceded to pull the rest of her body out of the much too small, lamp.

“I have taken an extended leave from work to focus on me, I’m so sorry,” she spat sarcastically, “if that angers you. However, I need a break!”
